Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 
  • Green apple 
  • Parsley 
  • Spinach or Kale 
  • Mint leaves 

Steps: 

  1. Gather the ingredients and wash thoroughly.
  2. Add it all to the beaker of the juicer, along with cool water.
  3. Pour it in a glass and consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Feeling bloated?! This gut-flush juice recipe is full of vitamin C, ginger that helps regulate cholesterol levels, asparagus that’s low in calories and packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and more.

Ingredients:

  • Celery 
  • Asparagus 
  • Cucumber 
  • Pineapple 
  • ½ pc of Ginger 
  • Lemon juice 

Steps: 

  1. Gather the ingredients and wash thoroughly.
  2. Add it all to the beaker of the juicer, along with cool water.
  3. Pour it in a glass and consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  4. Juices blended with celery are best to be consumed within 20-30 minutes of preparation. But if that’s not possible, make sure you seal it in an air-tight jar, and store in the fridge.
