Ingredients:
- Cucumber
- Green apple
- Parsley
- Spinach or Kale
- Mint leaves
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients and wash thoroughly.
- Add it all to the beaker of the juicer, along with cool water.
- Pour it in a glass and consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

- Celery
- Asparagus
- Cucumber
- Pineapple
- ½ pc of Ginger
- Lemon juice
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients and wash thoroughly.
- Add it all to the beaker of the juicer, along with cool water.
- Pour it in a glass and consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Juices blended with celery are best to be consumed within 20-30 minutes of preparation. But if that’s not possible, make sure you seal it in an air-tight jar, and store in the fridge.
