Return & Exchange Policy

At LoveChild, we aim at providing you with the best shopping experience. However, considering the recent pandemic, and reasons pertaining to hygiene, opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and hence, we do not accept the exchange or return of such products once sold or delivered.

House of Masaba Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of damage-product issue at the time of delivery, we will definitely exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at +91 8291518061 or care@lovechild.in.

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms:

  • Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the claim.
  • Exchanged requests will be subject to checking and vetting by House of Masaba Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.
  • Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. House of Masaba Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds.

RETURN POLICY

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Unopened and untampered


Return / Exchange Outside India

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for
international orders.


In an exceptional case to case basis after contacting our customer care team, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods (unused & transit damage products only) in India, to our office or an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner within 45 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires international shipping.
