At Lovechild, we aim at providing you with the best shopping experience. However, considering the recent pandemic, and reasons pertaining to hygiene, opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and hence, we do not accept the exchange or return of such products once sold or delivered.

House of Masaba Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of damage product issue at the time of delivery, we will definitely exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at shop.lovechild@houseofmasaba.com.

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-

-Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.

-Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the Claim.

-Exchanged requests will be subject to checking and vetting by House of Masaba Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.

-Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
