Masaba’s Debloating Water

Been accompanying your BFF at her wedding tastings? Binging on wine & cheese with your gang? Loading on your favourite chaat at all the weddings you go to? It’s natural to feel bloated. Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp Jeera (Cumin)
  • 4 tsp. Coriander Seeds 
  • 4 tsp. Saunf (Fennel)
  • 4 Cardamom 
  • ¼ tsp. Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • 2 l. Water

Steps: 

  1. Take 2 l. water in a container and add all the ingredients mentioned above.
  2. Boil till it comes down to 1 l.
  3. Strain, and drink on an empty stomach in the morning, and before each meal - throughout the day.
