Ingredients:
- 4 tsp Jeera (Cumin)
- 4 tsp. Coriander Seeds
- 4 tsp. Saunf (Fennel)
- 4 Cardamom
- ¼ tsp. Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- 2 l. Water
Steps:
- Take 2 l. water in a container and add all the ingredients mentioned above.
- Boil till it comes down to 1 l.
- Strain, and drink on an empty stomach in the morning, and before each meal - throughout the day.
