Masaba's Metabolism Boosting Festive Recipe 

Ingredients: 

Organic Sattu Flour 

Ghee 

Almonds 

Til (Sesame Seeds) 

Walnuts 

Honey or Jaggery Powder 

Mixed nuts of your choice 

Mixed seeds of your choice 

Steps: 

  • Mix the ghee, organic sattu flour, honey or jaggery powder 
  • Keep sprinkling some warm water to make the batter consistent while kneading it 
  • Crush the almonds and other nuts & seeds, add to the mixture, and knead till it’s all mixed
  • With your hands, mould it into laddoos 
  • Refrigerate and consume
