Masaba’s Wellness Water Recipe:
Ingredients
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Mulethi (Licorice) stick
1 flat tsp. Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds)
1/2 tsp. Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
0.25 inch long piece of Ginger
1 Peppercorn
Steps
● Crush all ingredients & put it in one liter water
● Boil under low flame until it reduces to half, and drink on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning
Continue practicing this for a month or more for visible results
