Same here....I too received an empty box saying that due to packaging error, the products inside the box were inadvertently missing. The mail said that I should retain the gift box with me, a d I shall get the missing products on priority, which I ordered for a very special Rakhi occasion. Till date, I haven't received, a d now none is responding to my emails or calls. Initially, they said we have escalated this issue but, no response now even after so many days. Is this how such a brand works??

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I ordered three gift boxes as gifts for my sisters, and to my shock, all three boxes arrived without the actual gift items inside. Receiving three empty gift boxes is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this scale.
I immediately contacted their customer support. I was told that the missing items would be dispatched separately. However, despite multiple follow-up calls, they were unable to provide me with a tracking number or any concrete update.
I was also promised that someone from their team would call me back, but no one ever did. I subsequently tried reaching them through email, only to have my emails left unanswered.
What is particularly frustrating is not just the initial mistake, but the complete lack of accountability and follow-up afterward. Mistakes can happen in any business, but a reputed brand should have a basic system in place to resolve them promptly and communicate transparently with the customer.
