About Our Delivery and Shipping Services
 
We provide shipping across India. 
We have tie-ups with leading logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to
ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
 
In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted
by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded
subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and
delivery charges borne by us.
 
Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and
delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.
 
Summary of Shipping Charges

In case of orders below Rs. 500, we charge Rs. 70 for shipping - both prepaid and otherwise, and Rs. 50 as handling charges in case you opt for the COD option.

In case of orders above Rs. 500, there will be no shipping charges. We charge Rs. 50 as handling charges only if you opt for the COD option.
 
Our Dispatch Policy:
 
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest.
Our standard dispatch timelines range between 2 – 4 days.
We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via email
provided by you while placing the orders. 
 
Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays,
however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with
the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. You can also contact us at

Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India

We provide free shipping to International locations for all prepaid orders above ₹8100
(approximately USD 100). For orders with a total amount less than ₹8100
(approximately USD 100), we charge a nominal fee of ₹1000 (approximately USD
13) towards the shipping and handling charges.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.
For international shipping we currently do not deliver nail enamels and fragrances.
Import duties & taxes if applicable, are to be borne by the customers and are subject to your country’s import policies.

Return / Exchange Outside India

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for
international orders.
In an exceptional case to case basis after contacting our customer care team, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods (unused & transit damage products only) in India, to our office or an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner within 45 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires international shipping.
